Just a layout.
For those who may not know, and are wondering what you're supposed to do with this...
Basically, what you can do, is open up a photo editing program, such as GIMP or Photoshop. Open up the above template and past it in. Make multiple layers and replace each place of text and images(including the rounded rectangles) with images of your own. Depending on your method of building a website, it could go multiple ways from here. So, you'd basically have to look up some tutorials, if you don't have your own method, on building a website using a premade template.
